ROCKY MOUNT  - Almeta Lavern Atkins, 61, of Rocky Mount, died on Thursday, May 22, 2014.
A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 12: p.m. with the funeral service following the visitation, beginning at 12 p.m., on Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at Englewood Baptist Church in Rocky Mount. The interment took place in Pineview Cemetery in Rocky Mount.
