Dennis “Bud” Ray Godwin, 51, passed away, Friday, April 25, 2014. He was born October 4, 1962 in Nash County to the late Ollie and Annie Mae Winstead Godwin.
He is survived by two brothers; Steven “Rusty” Godwin and wife Stephanie, Keith “Knot” Godwin and wife Vickie, two sisters; Diane Stokes and husband Ben, Faye Tant and husband Ricky; maternal grandmother, Estelle Winstead.
A memorial service will be Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home. Family will visit with friends following the service.
