Tammy Ray Evans was born June 30, 1977 and passed away March 2, 2014.
Tammy is survived by her two sons, Dylan Ray Evans and Joshua Landon Cadena; parents, Billy and Billie Raye Evans; brother, Billy M. Evans, Jr. and wife, Crystal.
