Nathaniel Pope, age 78 of Middlesex, passed away January 1, 2014.
Funeral services were held  Saturday, January 4, 2013  from the Stokes Chapel Baptist Church, Middlesex. Rev. J. Randolph Barnes, Pastor, Officiating. Burial, Church Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Kathleen Pope; brother, Ulysses C. Pope of New York; three sisters, Elizabeth Pope of Ahoskie, Vivian Baines of Wilson and Dazaren Woodard (John) of Saratoga.
