Charlotte Bulluck Browning, 73, passed away on Friday, December 13, 2013. Charlotte was born on March 10, 1940 in Rocky Mount to the late, James F. and Eva Lee Bulluck. 
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Browning; her daughter, Debbie Melton Battle; and step-son Ernest Mark Browning. 
She is survived by her  daughters, Kim Bass (Greg Bass) and Shannon Cary (Troy Cary); her daughter-in-law Shari Browning; nine grandchildren; brothers and sisters Jimmy and Beverly Bulluck, Sylvia and John Fisher, Pat and Albert Boone and Linda Zelesnick.
Flowers are appreciated or memorial donations may be made to Arlington Baptist Church, Building Fund, 1500 Bethlehem Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27803.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Lowry officiating.  A committal service followed at Rocky Mount Memorial Park Mausoleum.
