Jack O’Neil Arthur, 85, passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2013. He was the son of late James Ivey Arthur and Guila Gillikin Arthur.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by, son, Jack “Cadillac” O’Neil Arthur Jr., daughter, Karen Arthur Casmas.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Bettie Howell Arthur, daughter-in-law, Gloria Morgan, son-in-law, Steve Casmus, two grandchildren, three step-grandchildren.
