ROCKY MOUNT ––Elvin Battle Lloyd, 85, died November 23, 2013. 
Funeral arrangements were  Saturday, November 30, 2013 at Hickory View Baptist Church at 1 p.m. Rev. Leonard Thompson officiated.  Burial was at Northeastern Cemetery.
