Essie Deloris Jones, 91, of Rocky Mount, died on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at Nash General Hospital.

A visitation for Mrs. Jones was held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, August 11, 2013, in the Rocky Mount Chapel of H.D. Pope Funeral Home. Funeral Services were held at 1 p.m. on Monday, August 12, 2013 at Increasing Faith Ministries Church in Rocky Mount. The Interment took place immediately after the Service in Northeastern Cemetery in Rocky Mount.
