Ruth Boykin Bissette, 90, of Bailey passed away Saturday, July 27, 2013 at Wilson Medical Center.  A graveside service was held  Tuesday, July 30, 2013 in Bailey Town Cemetery.  The Rev. Jerry W. Turner and the Rev. Darrell Davis  officiated.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Neppie Renfrow Boykin; her brothers, Robert and Roy Boykin; her sisters, Doris Bunn and Jean Flora and her daughter-in-law, Susan Bissette and her husband Ralph M. Bissette.

Ruth is survived by her sons, Jerry Bissette and wife, Nan of Bailey and Kenneth Bissette of Bailey; 3 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Christine B. Bryant of Samaria and Lizzie Boykin of Wilson.
