Richard “Lee” Hagan of Nashville passed away on July 17, 2013 at UNC Memorial Hospital. He was born on November 22, 1970.

Lee is survived by his father, Jimmy Hagan (Judy), his Mother Evelyn Arrington (Jimmy), daughter Amy Hagan.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Bruce and Hazel Hagan and Lee Roy and Virginia Boley.

A funeral service was held Saturday, July 20, 2013 at Cornerstone Funeral Home.
