Lena M. “Peggy” Bass passed away Saturday, July 13, 2013. She was born on March 22, 1924 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Clarence O’Neal. Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Charles O. Bass.

She is survived by a daughter, Martha Bass; son, Mark Bass and his wife Connie; one grandson; sister, Mickie Bone and husband Phillip; sister-in-law, Bonnie O’Neal.

A memorial service to remember Peggy will be held in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home, 1052 S. First St. Nashville on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at 3 pm. A private burial will be held on Friday, July 19, 2013.
