ROCKY MOUNT ––Dennis “Big Joe” Western, of Rocky Mount, died on Wednesday, July 2, 2013 at the Brian Center in Windsor.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 6, 2013 at Light of Peace Missionary Baptist Church in Rocky Mount. The interment took place immediately after the Service in Gardens of Gethsemane Cemetery in Rocky Mount.
