ROCKY MOUNT –– Fred Maurice Merritt, 57, of Rocky Mount, died on Sunday, May 12, 2013.

Funeral services were held at 12 p.m. on Saturday, May 18, 2013 in the Rocky Mount Chapel of H.D. Pope Funeral Home. The Interment took place immediately after the Service in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Rocky Mount.
