John (Jay) F. Gardner passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at the age of 69.

Jay is predeceased by his sister, Gloria Buchanan; mother, Rebecca Webb; and father, John Rodwell Gardner.

Jay is survived by his wife of 33 years, Sandra of Spring Hope; son, Barry Gardner and wife Becky; step-daughter, Kellie Glover and husband Wade; sons, Spencer Gardner and wife Eleanor, Brannan Gardner; step-son, Kam Kelly and wife Robin; 7 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren; and nephews.

Funeral services were held May 10, 2013 at Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home with Rev. Kevin Moore.   A private burial will follow at Spring Hope Memorial Cemetery.
