Roger Franklin Pernell, Jr., 46 passed away Sunday, April 21, 2013.  He was born June 25, 1966. 

He was preceded in death by his father Roger F. Pernell.

He is survived by his wife, Teresa Pernell; his mother, Alice H. Pernell; sons, Gabriel Pernell and fiancé Caroline Johnson and Matthew Radford; daughters, Megan Radford and Brittney Pernell; brother, Gregory Pernell and wife, April; sister, Sonya Campbell and husband, Chris; and two nieces.

A service to celebrate his life will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at Cornerstone Funeral Home with a visitation following.  Flowers are accepted or memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 8300 Health Park, Raleigh, NC  27615.
