BROOKLYN, NEW YORK –– Roosevelt Whitehead, 74, of Brooklyn, New York, died on Monday, March 11, 2013, at SUNY Downstate Medical Center Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn, New York,

Funeral services were held at 12 noon on Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church in Battlesboro.  Rev. Elbert Heath officiatied.  The interment took place immediately after the Service in Northeastern Cemetery in Rocky Mount.
