RALEIGH –– Phillip L. Jones, 40, of Raleigh, died on Friday, February 8, 2013, at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.

Funeral services were held at 12 noon on Saturday, February 16, 2013 in the Rocky Mount Chapel of H.D. Pope Funeral Home.
