Gregory Telford Ormond, Sr., 63, passed away Friday, January 4, 2013.  He was born January 31, 1949 in Beaufort County to the late Jessie T. and Etta Lee Squires Ormond. 

He is survived by his son, Gregory T. Ormond, Jr. and wife Amy; daughter, Sharon Ormond Cooke and husband Keith; sisters, Glenda Douglas, Darlene Ormond, Sandra Miller and husband Bob, Janet Windley, Evon Berting and husband Tom, Wanda White and husband Curtis; 10 grandchildren,  and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Curtis White officiating.
