Marilyn Speight Knight, 65, of Tarboro, North Carolina, died on Wednesday, December 26, 2012, at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC.

Funeral services were held on Sunday, December 30, 2012, at St. John 3:16 Missionary Baptist Church in Rocky Mount. The interment took place immediately after the service in the Gardens of Gethsemane Cemetery in Rocky Mount.

Services have been entrusted to H.D. Pope Funeral Home, located at 325 Nash Street in Rocky Mount.
