Bob James Rowe of Spring Hope passed away on Friday December 21, 2012 at home. He was born December 29, 1947 in Franklin County. He was preceded in death by his parents Eugene and Addie Rowe.

He is survived by his wife Judy B. Rowe and son Bobby Rowe, daughter Jamie Rowe and a step daughter Tammy Medlin and four grandchildren.
