Mae Bunn Taylor the widow of Jesse Taylor passed away  on October 20, 2012 at the age of 87.

She is preceded in death by her sister Lucille Wilder and brother Jake Bunn.

Mae is survived by her two sons: Allen Bunn and Jimmy Taylor, three daughters: Carolyn Barefoot, Sandra Shearin and Gail Shearin, two brothers: Ellis Bunn and Cordell Bunn, three sisters: Elsie Draper, Ruby Hopkins, Sheby Jean Winstead and Louise Lewis, 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren and one great-great grandson

A funeral service was held  October 22, 2012 at   in the Chapel of Johnson Funerals and Cremations with the family receiving friends one hour before the service. The entombment  followed in the Rocky Mount Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Lung Assocation.
