Edward Alton “Eddie” Glasgow, Jr., age 59, passed away  Wednesday, August 22, 2012. He was born in Rocky Mount on March 20, 1953, son of Christine Searcy Glasgow and the late Edward Alton Glasgow.

He is survived by his mother, Christine Searcy Glasgow; sister, Patsy Glasgow Horton and her husband Rick.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Eddie’s memory to, William M. Dunlap Center for Caring, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607.

A funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 25, 2012 in the chapel of Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home with Dr. Jody Wright officiating. Burial followed at Pineview Cemetery in Rocky Mount. (section 10)
