Ruby Elizabeth “Libby” Babb, age 65, passed away Monday, August 27, 2012. Born in Nash County on November 14, 1946, she was the daughter of the late John and Sara Puckett.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Tyndall; two sons, Gene Babb and Travis Babb and wife Sheila, both of Virginia; five grandchildren; sister, Nancy Murray of Whitakers; and brother, John Puckett of Carolina Beach.

A service to remember Libby will be held at 2:00pm Thursday, August 30, 2012 at Fishing Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Wayne Smith officiating. The family will receive friends following the service and other times, at the home of her sister, Nancy Murray.
