ROCKY MOUNT - Funeral services for Esther Braswell Morgan, 89, who died Thursday, July 19, 2012 were Tuesday, July 24 at 1 p.m. at Union Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Thomas McCullers officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Gloria Morgan Davis of Rocky Mount, Faye Hines of the home; sons, Herbert Morgan and Stanley Morgan, both of Nashville, Michael Morgan of Whitakers, Jeffrey J. Morgan of Raleigh; sisters, Susie Paul of Washington, D.C., Mary Russell of Philadelphia, Pa., Doris Arrington of Nashville, Earline Alston of Temple Hills, Md.; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.

Wake services were Monday, July 23, from 7-8 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Nashville.
