SPRING HOPE –– Bunnie Lee King, 92 passed away Friday, June 15, 2012. He was born in Nash County on July 1, 1919 to the late William Arthur and Maggie Wilcox King.  He was preceded in death by his wife Ruby Dickens King, a son Russell King and two brothers.

He is survived by daughter, Virginia Anderson (Andy) of Spring Hope; a brother, Linwood King; sisters, Annie Tisdale, Candy Harris, Louise Leith; three grandchildren; five great grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held Tuesday, June 19 at Cornerstone Funeral Home in Nashville with Rev. Jimmy Scott and Rev. Ricky Bass officiating.  Burial followed at Spring Hope Memorial Gardens.  Flowers are accepted or memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
