ROCKY MOUNT –– Ronald Lavon Freeman, 57, of Rocky Mount, died on Monday, June 4, 2012, at Nash General Hospital in Rocky Mount.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. in the Rocky Mount Chapel of H.D. Pope Funeral Home.  The interment will take place immediately following the service in the Gardens of Gethsemane Cemetery in Rocky Mount.
