ROCKY MOUNT – Ernest Lynwood Howell, Jr., 59, of Rocky Mount, died on Friday, June 1, 2012, at Service League of Greenville, in Greenville.

A Visitation for Mr. Howell will be held from 5 until  7 p.m.,on Thursday, June 7, 2012, in the Rocky Mount Chapel of H.D. Pope Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, June 8, 2012 at Morning Star Church of Christ in Rocky Mount.  The interment will take place immediatley following the service in the Gardens of Gethsemane Cemetery in Rocky Mount.
