James Earl Battle, 53, of Rocky Mount, died on Tuesday, May 8, 2012.

Funeral Services were held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 12, 2012 in the Rocky Mount Chapel of H.D. Pope Funeral Home.  The interment took place immediately following the service in the Gardens of Gethsemane Cemetery in Rocky Mount.
