WILSON – Edward F. Byrd, 35, died Friday, March 30, 2007. Funeral services were held April 3 at First Baptist Church.

Survivors include his parents, John S. and Joyce Wood Byrd of the home; brothers John Byrd II of Raleigh and David Byrd of New York City; maternal grandmother, Eunice "Tink" May Wood of Nashville; and special friend, Angela Stewart of Clayton.

Memorials are suggested to the charity of one's choice.

Arrangements were handled by Wilson Memorial Service.
