Edgar Lynn Jeffreys, age 57, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2011. He was born in Nash County on February 17, 1954.

He is preceded in death by his parents Robert Cleveland and Florine Jeffreys.

He is survived by his wife Marsha Manning Jeffreys; children, Donna and Carrie Jeffreys; brother, Nelson Jeffreys and wife Deborah; nephews, Rob and Walt Jeffreys and niece Layne King.

The family received friends Saturday night December 3, 2011 at 6  p.m. at the Elm Grove Baptist Church with the Memorial Service following at 7 p.m. at the church.

In lieu of flowers memorial are asked to go to the American Cancer Society, 8300 Health Park, Suite 10, Raleigh, NC 27615.
