Bonnie Zell Hilton, age 86, passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2011. Born in Tifton, Georgia on October 05, 1925, she was the daughter of the late David Eddie Hilton and Pearl Smith Hilton. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Thelma Brownlee, Bertha Jones and Lena Munroe.

She is survived by her sisters, Lola Mae Peterson of Rocky Mount, Betty Martin and husband Stu of Athens GA, Veneda Hilton of Atlanta GA, Geneva Hilton of Atlanta GA, Audrey Tucker and husband James of Waycross GA and Lutrelle Smith and husband Rod of York PA; brother, David Ernest Hilton of Elizabeth City; and a host of loving nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at  11 a.m.  Wednesday morning, November 30, at Falls Road Baptist Church with Rev. Eddie Peterson and Rev. Steve Harduk officiating. Burial will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Falls Road Baptist Church Building Fund, 722 Falls Road, Rocky Mount NC 27804.
