William Clifton Parham, Sr. age 95 passed away Tuesday November 1, 2011 at his home.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 65 years Josephine Rouse Parham, one grandson, Jay Parham; mother and father Estelle Andrews and Samuel Joseph Parham.

He is survived by his four sons, Bill and Doris Parham and Sam and Claire Parham of Rocky Mount, Karl and Carolyn Parham of Mount Pleasant, SC, Zack and Cathy Parham of Apex, NC; sister, Shirley Parham Boone and husband Lloyd, seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

Graveside services were held Friday, November 4, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. in the Pineview Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Englewood Presbyterian Church, VFW or American Legion.

Arrangements are entrusted to Johnson Funerals and Cremations, 661 English Road, Rocky Mount.
