Annette Melvin Boswell Viverette, age 70, died Saturday, October 08, 2011. Born in Cumberland County on November 30, 1940, she was the daughter of Ruth Starling Melvin of Rocky Mount and the late Ralph Melvin. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie Viverette, and daughter, Natasha.

Along with her mother,  she is survived by sisters  Hilda Melvin and Bonnie Langley; son, Kyle Viverette; daughters, Bridgette King (Alan), Belinda Boswell (Clint Newsome), Barbara Hardy (Eddie), Brenda McKenney, Beverly Boswell (Stephen Smith); fifteen grandchildren; a niece; a nephew; step-daughter, Susan Viverette; and adopted daughter, Beverly Dale.

A visitation was held from 6 - 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at Wheeler Woodlief Funeral Home and other times at the home of Bridgette and Alan King.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Landen K. Viverette Trust Fund for Autism, P.O. Box 8803, Rocky Mount NC 27804.
