Ruther R. Scott, 93, of Rocky Mount passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2011. A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 1, 2011 at the Rock Hill Baptist Church, Nashville. Burial will be at Oakland Cemetery.  The wake will be from 7-8 p.m. Friday, September 30, at William Toney’s Funeral Home in Spring Hope.
