Vera Mae Saunders, 82, passed away, Friday, August 26, 2010. She was born May 22, 1929 in Sumter, SC. She was the daughter of the late, Edward and Lillie Peele Williams.

She is survived by two daughters, Trish Marlow of Pinetops and Brenda Sanders of Wilson, two sons, Ronnie Sanders of Spring Hope and Billy Sanders of Wilmington, eighteen grandchildren and twelve great- grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with the Rev. Daniel Moss officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Sanders Family Cemetery.
