ROCKY MOUNT – Marc E. Johnson, 40, of Rocky Mount,  died on Thursday, June 30, 2011 at Nash General Hospital in Rocky Mount.

Visitation was held from 1 to 2 p.m., with the funeral service beginning at 2 p.m., on Tuesday, July 5, 2011, in the Rocky Mount Chapel of H.D. Pope Funeral Home.  The interment took place immediatley following the service in the Gardens of Gethsemane Cemetery in Rocky Mount.
