Ronnie Ahmad Nimer, age 28, of Sharpsburg, died Sunday, June 12, 2011 at Pitt Memorial Hospital in Greenville.

Born June 6, 1983 in Nash County, he was a son of the late Ahmad Mahmoud Nimer and Lamia Innab Nimer of Sharpsburg.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his seven year old son, Diego Nimer; brother, Shadie Nimer; sisters, Cindy Nimer and Fatein Nimer.

Funeral services were held graveside at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, June 13, 2011 at Pineview Cemetery.

The family receive friends from 9 - 9:30 a.m. on Monday morning, June 12, 2011, at Wheeler Woodlief Funeral Home. At other times the family will be at the Islamic Center of Rocky Mount.
