Judith R. Evans, 68, passed away, Wednesday, June 8, 2011. She was born July 20, 1942 in Mercer County, PA.; Judith was the daughter of the late, William Roach and Wilma Lloyd Roach.

She is survivied by one son, Rick Evans of Rocky Mount, one daughter, Shannon Armstrong and husband Scott of Nashville, two brothers, William Roach and wife Marlene of Hermitage, PA, Robert Roach of Sharon, PA., five sisters, Linda Spanos and husband Michael of Hermitage, PA., Catherine Kudelko and husband David of Largo, FL., Patti Estock and husband Paul of Hermitage, PA., Barbara Wallace and husband John of Rock Hill, SC., Debora Bair and husband Wayne of Masury, OH., one granddaughter; 17 nieces and nephews, 10 great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family of Judith, in care of Shannon Armstrong at 1044 Womble Road, Nashville, NC 27856.

Funeral services were held  Friday, June 10, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with the Father Dennis Verling officiating. Entombment  followed at Rocky Mount Memorial Mausoleum.
