SPRING HOPE - Ronnie Wayne Wheeler, 67, passed away, Wednesday, May 18, 2011. He was born February 12, 1944 in Franklin County. Ronnie was the son of the late Ruffin and Nellie Mae Leonard Wheeler. Ronnie was preceded in death by a sister, Kaye Perry.

He is survived by his wife Hilda Whitley Wheeler, one son, Wayne Wheeler of Zebulon, two daughters, Jennifer Bunn and husband Ricky of Zebulon, Lynn Finch and husband David of Louisburg, one brother, Howard Wheeler and wife Jane Waring of Louisburg, two sisters, Verna Orders of Spartanburg, SC, Martha Cook of Louisburg and seven grandchildren.

Visitation was Friday, May 20, 2011 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home of Nashville, Funeral service was Saturday, May 21, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with the Rev. David Whitley and Earl Roach officiating. Burial followed at Oakdale Cemetery.
