ROCKY MOUNT- Annie Bell Dowd Wilkins, 73, died March 16, 2011. 

Funeral services were Saturday, March 19 at St. James Temple Church (Tarboro) at 3:00 p.m. with the Rev. Cornell Joyner officiating. Burial was at Northeastern Cemetery.
