NASHVILLE -  Virginia Battle Bridgers, 97, passed away, Tuesday, March 1, 2011. She was born September 11, 1913 in Nash County. She was the daughter of the late James and Flora Ross Bridgers. 

She is survived by five generations of many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and many loving friends.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 3, 2011 from 7:00-8:30PM at Cornerstone Funeral Home. A private graveside service will be held Friday.
