Lessie Louise Lancaster passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2011. Lessie was born October 14, 1919 the daughter of the late Thad Lancaster and Nora Williams Lancaster. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Lawrence Lancaster Sr.

She is survived by sons Frank and wife Ida Lancaster, Tommy and wife Jo Rita Lancaster, John W. Lancaster and four grandsons; one great granddaughter.

A funeral service was held Tuesday at 2 p.m., February 15, 2011 Graveside at the Pineview Cemetery Section 42, Rocky Mount.

Visitation was held from 7 until 8:30 p.m. Monday night at Johnson Funerals and Cremations, 661 English Road Rocky Mount.
