Susan Beard Bunn, 63, passed away, Tuesday October 19, 2010. She was born March 14, 1947 in Rocky Mount. Susan was the daughter of the late John L. Beard and Myrtle R. Beard.
She is survived by her husband, David Bunn; three sons, Adam Smith and wife Ashley, Brandon Bunn, and John Bunn; one granddaughter, Elaena Marie Smith; two brothers, John L. Beard and Michael J. Beard; her uncle, Joseph A. Beard; two nephews; several cousins and great nephews.
A mass was held at 4 pm Friday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Rocky Mount. The family received visitors after the service at the home of John L. Beard, 1344 S. Old Carriage Road, Rocky Mount.
