David Earl Whitley, 38, passed away Monday, June 14, 2010. He was born January 25, 1972 in Nash County, North Carolina. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Gray Whitley.
He is survived by his mother, Peggy Whitley of Rocky Mount; his brother, Bobby Whitley and wife Dana of Rocky Mount; his sister, Wanda Mercer of Rocky Mount; his son, Dillon Whitley of Rocky Mount; and his daughter, Brooke Whitley of Rocky Mount.
The family will receive friends at the home. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
