HAZEL MAE ANISTEAD
PHILADELPHIA, PA. –  Graveside services for Hazel Mae Anistead, 63, formerly of Nashville, who died Wednesday, May 19, 2010, were Saturday, May 29 at 12 p.m. at Forest Hill Cemetery. Burial followed in The Forest Hill Cemetery with Rev. Alston officiating.

Surviving: husband, Amos Anistead of Rocky Mount; daughters, Amy Anistead Bailey of Winston-Salem, Terri  Anistead and Brandi Anistead, both of Philadelphia, Pa.; son, Michael D. Anistead of Philadelphia, Pa.; sisters, Mattie Martin, Laura Dean Banks, Loretta West and Hattie Joyce Alston, all of Nashville; Jeanette Evans of Castalia, Bernadine Lynch of Whitakers; brothers, James Richardson of Hampton, Va., Horace Palmer Richardson and Samuel Richardson, both of Nashville; 17 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

Open visitation was at Richardson Funeral Home in Nashville on Friday, May 28, from 3 - 8 p.m.
