CASTALIA - Aleatha “Al” Perry, 54, died Sunday, April 26, 2009.
Funeral services were Friday, May 1, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Serupta Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Luther Alston officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
Surviving: wife, Donnell Perry of the home; daughters, Christia’ Strickland of Rocky Mount and Parthenia Harris of Spring Hope; sisters, Bettie Jean Alston of Baltimore, Md., Barbara Alston and Emma Jones, both of Nashville, Brenda Green of Castalia, and Maxine Stallings of Louisburg; brothers, Melvin Alston of Castalia, Pryor Earl Alston, Jr. of Warrenton and Johnnie Lee Alston of Bunn; ten grandchildren.
Wake services were Thursday, April 30, 2009 from 7-8 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Nashville.
