Charles 'Chuck" Alden Stoddard Jr. born February 20, 1947. He passed away on October 11, 2026. For 58 years, he shared a marriage with his wife, Jowyanne Stoddard.

He was father to Angela D. Stoddard, Douglas Stoddard (Marcela), and Melissa Carter (JT); sisters Peggy Erdman (Charlie), and Muriel Walker; six grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and his cousin.

Services will be held on October 15, 2026 at 3 p.m.. at Benvenue Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Creekmore and Rev. Richard Collins. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Nash ASPCA 3600 Eastern Avenue Rocky Mount, NC 27804.
