BAILEY - Phillip Michael Joyner, 53, passed away Sunday, September 6, 2026. A memorial service was held September 12, 2026, at White Oak Hill Free Will Baptist Church, 3967 W Hornes Church Road, Bailey. Rev. Hall Jones and Rev. Robbie Piper officiated.
Phillip is survived by his wife Georgia Joyner; daughter, Shannon Joyner of Nashville; stepson, Marcus Whitley and his wife, Molly of Sims; step-daughter, Anna Pittman and her husband, Brock of Wilson; two grandchildren; step-mother, Laura Joyner of Castalia; sister, Donna Worrell and his brothers, Wayne Joyner and his wife, Melissa, Randy Perkins and friend, Shannon, and Joey Joyner and his wife, Pam and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son, Cody Michael Joyner and his parents, Joseph Wayne and Rosa Mae Joyner. |
