ADOLPH FREEMAN

NASHVILLE - Funeral services for Adolph Freeman, age 76, who died on Tuesday, July 29, will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at 12:00 noon, from the Mt. Vernon Missionary Baptist Church in Nashville with Pastor Jack Reese, Jr., officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakland Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Angela Taylor Freeman of the home; three sons, Freeman Gibbs and Calvin Gibbs, both of New Haven, CT, Quenton Freeman (Shaunte) of Rocky Mount; one daughter, Jamilla Johnson (Darrell) of Rocky Mount; one brother, Trent Freeman of New Haven, CT; one step-son, Chadrick Ellis of Rocky Mount; thirteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

There will be a viewing Saturday morning from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon at Mt. Vernon Missionary Baptist Church.
