James Arnold Hendricks Jr., 82, passed away February 10, 2025. He was born February 9, 1943 in Edgecombe County to the late James Arnold Hendricks Sr. and Willie Parker Hendricks. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister Barbara Ann Britt.

Arnold is survived his son Jimmie Hendricks and wife Christal; daughter Gay Ann Peterson and husband Tom; three grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Barbee officiating.
